Freepoint Construction ownership founded the company in the Houston, TX area after more than two decades of leading a full-service general contractor in the Gulf Coast petrochemical & energy markets. The Williams family served as industrial contractors dating back to the early 1950’s in southwest Louisiana, until the sale of RWCI in 2016 to Excel Contractors (Baton Rouge). Heavy equipment has always been the cornerstone of success in our businesses, which led to the formation of a new specialized civil construction firm in one of the fastest growing areas of Texas.
