Freepoint Construction partnered with a leading developer of geopolymer technologies to create a product that converts in-situ soils into a solid foundation. Geopolymer Stabilization introduces our proprietary blend of solution into the existing soils onsite (in-situ) creating a solidified base with structural qualities far exceeding traditional fill dirt bases. Finished road and foundation bases using geopolymer stabilization yield compaction and psi ratings that far exceed traditional compacted materials.  Core samples appear to be concrete at first glance, due to the bonding of the materials.

Installation options for geopolymer stabilization are applicable to just about anywhere traditional select fill can be used in creating a foundation base. Stabilized foundations greatly reduce the threat of settling, cracking, erosion, and other traditional shortfalls of select fill, especially in softer coastal and low lying regions. Our proprietary blend of soil-binding stabilizer can be used on most soils free of organic matter. In-situ sandy top layers, expansive clays, even marshy wet black dirt can be used as base soils to obtain foundations or roadbeds stronger and longer lasting than imported fill and aggregate bases.
